Hotel Rules

Booking Policy

 

  1. A refund of 70% of the total amount will be applicable in the event of cancellation before scheduled date.
  2. No cancellations or refunds are allowed on the scheduled date.
  3. Rescheduling will incur a fee equivalent to 20% of the total booking amount
     

 

 

 

1. Resort rooms are rented for Resort days.   

 

2. A Resort day starts at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. of the following day.   

 

3. Before check-in, a caution fee of N20,000.00 is required for Standard, Royal, and Villa rooms, while Cowrie Shell room is N100,000.00. The fee will be refunded within 48 hours after checkout if there are no noticeable damages to the property. 

 

 

§2   

 

1. The Resort guest cannot hand over a room to third persons, even if the period for which the guest paid has not yet expired.   

 

2. Persons who are not checked in the Resort may stay in a Resort room from 07:00 a.m. till 10:00 p.m. Persons staying in a room after 10:00 p.m. must check in the Resort.   

 

3. The Resort may refuse to accept the guests who grossly violated the Resort Rules and Regulations during the last stay by damaging the Resort's or guests' property or by inflicting damage on other guests, Resort employees or other persons staying in the Resort or in other way violated the stay of other guests or the functioning of the Resort.   

 

4. The Resort do not accept guests traveling with pets.    

 

§3   

 

1. The Resort renders services in accordance with its category and standard. Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services at the reception desk as soon as possible, thus allowing for the Resort's immediate reaction.   

 

2. The Resort is obliged to ensure:   

 

A) conditions for full and undisturbed rest of the guest   

 

B) safety of stay and privacy. Every guest provides its consent to processing their personal information for the purposes of check-in and placing its data in the Resort database as per the Nigeria Personal Data Protection Act of 2023. The guest has the right to review and correct its personal data.   

 

C) professional and polite service in respect of all services rendered by the Resort   

 

D) cleaning of the room and performing necessary repairs of equipment during the guest's absence or in their presence is so requested by the guest   

 

E) in case of any defects which could not be repaired, the Resort shall make every effort to, where possible, change the room or in any other way redress the inconvenience.   

 

§4   

 

1. At the guest's request, the Resort renders the following free-of-charge services:   

 

A) information concerning the guest's stay and travel   

 

B) wake-up call at a time specified   

 

C) storage of money and valuable belongings during the stay   

 

D) access to a swimming pool during hours of availability and pursuant to Rules and Regulations applicable in the above places. The Rules and Regulations are available in Resort Pool Area.   

 

§5   

 

1. The Resort's liability for any loss or damage of items brought in by guests to the Resort is regulated by necessary provisions of the law. The Resort's liability shall be limited if such items are not deposited at the reception. The Resort has the right to refuse to store money, securities and valuable belongings, especially valuables and items of scientific or artistic value if they pose a threat to safety or their value exceeds the standard of the Resort or if they take up too much space.   

 

2. The guest should notify the Resort's reception desk immediately upon noticing any damage.   

 

§6   

 

1. Conduct of guests and persons using services of the Resort should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The Resort may refuse to render services to a person violating the above rule.   

 

§7   

 

1. When leaving the room, guests are expected to check whether the door is properly locked. Loss of a room key is subject to an extra charge of NGN 15,000.00.   

 

2. The Resort guest bears financial liability for damaging or destroying the Resort's equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.   

 

3. Room heaters, electric irons and other similar devices which are not a part of the Resort room equipment are not allowed to be used inside the rooms due to the fire safety.   

 

4. Smoking in Resort rooms, corridor, staircase, restaurant, wellness zone, cloak rooms and reception hall is prohibited. Violation of the prohibition is subject to a fine of NGN 25,000.00.   

 

5. It is prohibited to consume foodstuffs bought outside the Resort in the common area.   

 

§8   

 

Personal belongings left by guests in the Resort room upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by the guest at their expense.   

 

If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored by the Resort for 3 months.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cancellation

CANCELLATION POLICY / RESORT POLICIES  

 

Standard Rate:    
The cancellation is fee is 30% of the room rate, we refund you 70% the room rate as cancellation fee.    

Group booking ( 3 rooms and more ):    
Guests booking more than  2 rooms are required to pay the total cost of the booking in advance. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30% of the reservation fee will be refunded.    

Important information :    
- Due to the fact that the Resort is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.    
- No parties are allowed at the premises without due authorization from the management.    
- Guests are required to show a photo identification  upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.    
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.    
- Private parking is possible on site.
